How it works
You can request your child's data from each network under the GDPR. Vigie Parentale only keeps activity times.
Step 1 · 2 minutes
Look for “Download your data” in the network's settings. Each network has its own process: we guide you through it step by step.
Step 2 · 1 minute
Drop in the ZIP without unpacking it. It is read on your device: activity times are kept, everything else is discarded, and nothing is uploaded.
Step 3 · 10 minutes
The gauge compares the last 7 days with your child's usual patterns. The trend covers 8 weeks. An alert suggests when to talk and where to find support.
What you see
Your child is compared only with their own patterns, never with another child. A change is not proof: it is a reason to talk.
The last 7 days of the export, compared with the preceding 6 weeks. An isolated change stays “moderate”: only several changes together become “marked”.
What a single week cannot show: over 8 weeks, more night-time activity, later evenings and increasing volume.
When several signals occur together, the report makes this clear and points you towards support.
